The President
The President is the head of state, and Commander of the New York Armed Forces (NYAF).
The President represents the country, ensures compliance with the constitution and laws, and maintains the regular functioning of public authorities and the nation as a whole. Additionally, the President leads decisions in economic matters and wartime strategies.

The Judiciary
The nation's court determines the guilt or innocence of defendants and leads criminal investigations in cooperation with the N.Y.F. Police. While the President holds some judicial power, it is primarily limited to matters of national security or high-profile cases.

The Senate/Assembly
The Senate of the New York Federation comprises 10 members elected by the sovereign people. The Senate must approve any decisions or reforms proposed by the President.

The Sovereign People
The Sovereign People elect the President when the time comes, either upon the President's resignation or the end of their term. They also vote for Senators, Representatives, and members of the judiciary.
